Born in Nagpur on 28th September 1952, Late Shri Subhash Dumbhare was a man known for his honesty, integrity, and deep respect within the community. In 1978, he founded the jewellery business with a small shop and a strong vision built on trust, purity, and lasting relationships with customers.
Through dedication, honest pricing, and a commitment to pure gold and traditional craftsmanship, he earned the confidence and loyalty of the people of Tumsar. His belief was simple yet powerful — purity in metal must always go hand in hand with purity in dealings.
Shri Subhash Dumbhare guided the business with integrity until his passing on 26th August 2017. Today, his legacy continues through the next generation — Nitin Dumbhare and Mangesh Dumbhare — who carry forward his vision while embracing modern designs, technology, and online services.
Mangesh Dumbhare joined the business in 2000 at the age of 20 and has played a significant role in strengthening the foundation of the family enterprise. Inspired by the values established by Late Shri Subhash Dumbhare, he has been committed to maintaining the tradition of trust and quality.
As Director, he manages operations, gold purchasing, marketing strategies, and the development of modern jewellery designs. His focus on innovation and customer engagement has helped the business adapt to changing market trends while preserving its traditional craftsmanship.
With a forward-looking vision, Mangesh Dumbhare continues to work on expanding the brand through modern collections, creative marketing, special offers, and digital platforms, including the growth of an online store and the integration of new technology.
Nitin Dumbhare joined the family business in 2002 at the age of 22, carrying forward the legacy established by Late Shri Subhash Dumbhare. With a deep understanding of the jewellery trade and strong dedication to customer satisfaction, he became an important part of the company’s growth and development.
As Director, he oversees key areas such as operations, customer relations, gold purchasing, and overall management. His approach combines traditional values of trust and purity with a modern outlook toward business efficiency and customer experience.
Focused on the future, Nitin Dumbhare is actively working toward expanding the brand through modern jewellery collections, technology-driven systems, and the development of an online store, ensuring the business continues to grow while maintaining its reputation for quality and trust.
