Return & Refund Policy

This policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Refund Amount: You will receive a 100% refund of the actual amount paid.
  • Refund Process: The refund will be credited to your account within 10 working days after we receive the product. If you paid by credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refund will be processed as a transaction reversal.
  • How to Initiate a Return:
    • Raise a request from your "My Orders" dashboard.
    • Email us at customerservice@ghanshyamdumbharejewellers@gmail.com.
    • Call us at +91 7057832844.
  • Return Location: Products should be returned to any Ghanshyam Jewellers store across India.
  • Conditions for Refund:
    • The return is subject to a quality check by our team.
    • The product must be in its original packaging with all documents, including the original invoice copy and verified product certificate.
    • Ghanshyam Jewellers reserves the right to determine the final refund amount based on the quality appraisal.
    • If any discounts or promo codes were used, the refund amount will be reduced accordingly.
  • Exceptions (Not Eligible for Return):
    • Customized or engraved jewelry.
    • Products purchased in exchange for bullions.
    • New products purchased with a Lifetime Exchange or Old Gold Exchange value.
    • Orders previously exchanged under the 14-day exchange policy.

You can initiate an exchange by emailing customerservice@ghanshyamdumbharejewellers@gmail.com or calling 07183-232844 or +91 7057832844. The product should be returned to any Ghanshyam Jewellers store in India.

Exchange Within 14 Days

  • Diamond Jewelry: 100% of the diamond and metal value.
  • Gold Jewelry: 100% of the gold value.
  • Plain Platinum Jewelry: 100% of the platinum value.
  • Solitaire: 100% of the diamond value.
  • Colored Stone (Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire): 100% of the stone value.
  • Bullion (Gold/Silver): Not eligible for exchange.
  • Making Charges, Excise, GST, and Other Taxes: No exchange value.

Exchange After 14 Days

  • Diamond Jewelry: 100% of the diamond and metal value.
  • Gold Jewelry: 100% of the gold value.
  • Plain Platinum Jewelry: 100% of the platinum value.
  • Studded Platinum Jewellery: 100% of the platinum value.
  • Solitaire: 90% of the solitaire value.
  • Precious Stones (Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire): 75% of the stone value.
  • Bullion (Gold/Silver): Not applicable.
  • Making Charges, Excise, GST, and Other Taxes: No exchange value.

General Exchange Notes:

  • Customized or engraved jewelry and precious stones (pearl and coral) are not eligible for the 14-day exchange but can be exchanged under the Lifetime Exchange policy.
  • A quality check is required for all exchanges.
  • You must provide the original invoice and diamond certificate.
  • If the original invoice is missing, a 10% deduction will apply.
  • Jewelry that has been tampered with or damaged is not eligible for full-value exchange.
  • For exchanged jewelry, labor charges, weight loss, and solder percentage may be deducted.
  • There will be no weight deduction for hallmarked gold jewelry.
  • If the new item is more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference. If it's less expensive, the difference will be refunded for 14-day exchanges or credited for future purchases under the Lifetime Exchange.
  • Exchanges can take 7-10 working days to process.
  • This policy does not apply to international orders.

Order, Cancellation & Disclaimer Policies

Customized Jewelry Order Policy

  • Custom orders can be held for a maximum of 1 month.
  • A 70% advance payment is required.
  • Once booked, custom orders cannot be canceled.

Abhushan Card (SIP Plan)

  • Enroll in a 10-month SIP and receive interest for one additional month (10 + 1).
  • The plan starts from Rs. 500.
  • Interest is only applicable to 916 hallmarked jewelry, not pure gold or other items.

Cancellation Policy

Ghanshyam Jewellers reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Limited inventory.
  • Pricing errors.
  • Product information errors.

You can cancel a ready-to-ship order before it is dispatched; the refund will be processed within 10 working days.

Exceptions: Certain products are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.

Shipping Policies

We ensure your order is shipped safely and securely. All products are fully insured during transit and sent in tamper-proof packaging.

  • Shipping Partners: Blue Dart, Ecom Express, Sequel, and BVC. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Domestic (India): Free.
    • International: Applicable charges will be confirmed before you place your order.
  • Secure Delivery: The recipient must provide a government-issued photo ID (Passport, PAN Card, Driver's License, Voter ID, or Aadhaar Card) for verification at the time of delivery.
  • Delivery Locations: We only deliver to residential or office addresses. Public places are not accepted.
  • Delivery Attempts: The courier will attempt delivery up to three times.
  • Changes to Address: Shipping details can be modified before your order is dispatched.
  • Shipment Discrepancies: Report any damaged products, missing items, or tampering within 72 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Non-Receipt: If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 72 hours to initiate an investigation.
